- It is a testing machine (combustion testing device) for conducting vertical combustion tests to evaluate the flame resistance of wires, cables, or cords. - This testing machine consists of a drafter, combustion device, and calibration device. - An indicator flag is attached to the test specimen and secured in the upper and lower chucks. - A burner with an adjusted flame is tilted at 20° to ignite the test specimen, and the ignition is repeated five times with 15 seconds of flame exposure followed by 15 seconds of flame cessation.
